SUSTAINABILITY AND PARTNERSHIP COLLECTOR POINT

PROGRAMME AND PRIZE DRAW

1. Open to all commercial printers based within the UK only (as defined by Antalis UK Ltd, known hereafter as The Promoter).

2. To be eligible, customers must register online at ask.antalis.com/futurefocus by 31st August 2020 to join the promotion. All registrants are required to have an Antalis account in order to be able to take part - either current or newly created/requested. The Promoter has the right to refuse entry as they deem appropriate.

3. The promotional period includes 1st September to 30th November 2020. Collector Points can only be collected during the promotional period.

4. Participants of the promotion will be grouped into one of four distinct groups (named Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black for identification, prize draw administration and reporting purposes) which are defined by approximate average monthly spend from July 2019 to June 2020. Any registrant that has not purchased from Antalis UK Ltd during this period will automatically be placed in a group by the administrator of the promotion. The promoter has the right to query and amend as necessary, where it feels that a business is not in the correct group.

5. There are two distinct parts to this promotion. Terms and conditions detailed relate to both promotions unless otherwise stated.

6. Collector Point promotion - At the end of the promotional period, the top 125 registrants who have collected the most points will be ranked from league position 1 to 125 (within their group) based on the quantity of points they have received. League position 1 will be the registrant who has collected the most points during the promotional period and so on, through to league position 125. If there are more than 125 participants within a group, the remaining registrants will not be eligible for any reward.

7. Collector Point promotion - Points can be collected as follows:

One point for every £1,000 spent on any product from Antalis UK Ltd (ex VAT)
Plus, one additional point for every £1,000 that you spent online at www.antalis.co.uk. (New online account requests can be made at https://www.antalis.co.uk/business/html/create/account.htm)
Three points for any of the following:

for every 100kg of Creative Papers* purchased

for every 200kg of Digital Papers* purchased

for every 1 tonne of Graphical Board* purchased

for every £1,000 purchased of Visual Communication* products

for every £1,000 purchased of Packaging* products

*The above product groupings are as defined on www.antalis.co.uk

8. You will be given the opportunity to collect bonus points throughout the promotional period – these will be communicated via email to you in the week prior.

9. The promoter accepts no responsibility for email communications, updates or bonus opportunities not reaching, or being read by, the intended recipient. Nor are we able to guarantee that bonus opportunities will be suitable for all recipients to take advantage of.

10. Only spend made using your statement account number will count towards your Collector Point totals.　All sales’ totals exclude VAT. All points are collated cumulatively ongoing throughout the promotional period.

11. Collector Point Reward Fund – for each of the four groups there is a total of 125 rewards as follows. (Total reward fund of the Collector Point promotion equals 500)

Free Carbon Footprint Reporting Service provided by Antalis’ partners, Envirosense; must be completed by Friday 17th December 2021

100 trees planted in your business’s name via Antalis’ Forest Carbon scheme. Must be redeemed by Friday 17th December 2021

12. Spend is calculated excluding VAT and nett of any credits and is based on orders invoiced.

13. Antalis have the right to make claim on the reward or prize if, after you have received it, you return goods to a value which takes your actual spend for that promotional period below that needed to qualify.

14. Collector Point Reward Winners will be identified by Friday 4th December 2020 and you will be contacted via email or telephone within 3 working days thereafter to select your reward and organise delivery. If no acknowledgement of the reward choice is received from you by Friday 11th December 2020 your reward will be forfeited.

15. Winners who select the Antalis Credit as a reward choice will receive a credit to their Antalis statement account within 45 days after Friday 11th December 2020. This can be used to clear (or partially clear) any undisputed overdue debt. Accounts that have zero debit (or a credit) can use the credit towards further purchases from Antalis UK Ltd.

16. Sustainability and Partnership Prize Draw The six registrants who have collected the most points in each group (a total of 24 registrants) will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three prizes. Prize fund consist of:

First Prize - An Electric Van and one office charging station. Van make, model and colour chosen by Antalis. The prize includes one office charging station complete with installation provided by Antalis' chosen supplier. Van and charging station are inclusive of VAT to the maximum value of £30,000. The prize does not include, and therefore Antalis takes no responsibility for, road tax, insurance, fuel (if hybrid model), vehicle wrapping and ongoing servicing/tyres.

Second Prize – Carbon offset your business for 2020 to the maximum value of £20,000 through either of Antalis’ partners, World Land Trust or Forest Carbon global forest preservation schemes. The prize includes a carbon footprint reporting service to the value of £650 provided by Antalis’ partners Envirosense (Inclusive of VAT). This service involves our consultants accessing your operations, working with you to define your significant impacts within scopes 1, 2 and 3 as defined by the Defra guidelines. Measurements of key indicators for these impacts can then be collected and a carbon equivalent calculated.

Third Prize – Carbon offset your Antalis purchases for 6 months (from June to November 2020) to the maximum value of £10,000 through either of Antalis’ partners World Land Trust or Forest Carbon global forest preservation schemes.

17. Sustainability and Partnership Prize Draw Three winners will be chosen at random, by a computer generated program, on Monday 7th December 2020. Winners will be contacted by telephone within 5 working days thereafter to confirm the prize. If no acknowledgement of the prize is received by Friday 18th December 2020 your prize will be forfeited.

18. The three selected winners of the Sustainability and Partnership Prize Draw will win their prize (as applicable) in addition to any reward that they are eligible for in the Collector Point promotion.

19. All rewards and prizes are subject to availability and may change without notice. An alternative of the same or greater value will be provided should the need arise.

20.The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability that arises from the receipt of the rewards or prizes.

21. he promoter reserves the right to alter any part of the mechanics or rules of this promotion without prior notice.

22. Promotion only valid in the UK and is not open to employees of Antalis UK Ltd, their friends or relatives or associated companies.

23. The rewards or prize belongs to the business address (site) and not the individual who entered and completed the registration form. Therefore, in cases where an individual leaves a business the reward or prize remains with the site.

24. Sustainability and Partnership Prize Draw - The registrant of a winning participating company authorises the promoter to publicise his/her first name, surname, company name, job role, photographs and/or testimonies for the purpose of communicating the promotion in any media for a two years duration from the 30th November 2020.

25. No cash alternatives available. The promoter’s decision is final and binding.

26. Any donations to charity will be handled on your behalf by the Promoter.

27. Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
